The new Quote Engine introduces a new pleasing design and several features specifically designed to improve the customer's experience. To help convert even more quotes into real custometers, the new Quote Engine has a redesigned navigation and validation process to improve customer satisfaction and completion rates!

The functionality comes from using open source PHP, MySQL, Ajax & JQuery technologies to provide a slick quoting process. Capturing data at every step of the process, customers are emailed a unique link which leads them back to the application to either finish a partly completed quote or to view a summary of their finish quotation.The AFI sales team can also interact with the customer via a unique ID if help is required to complete a quote.

The aims of the new Quote Engine were to help cat & dog insurance shoppers to return, agents & affiliates to refer and make the whole process a more pleasureable experience.
